I have 5 records that I pull from my table using coldfusion and sql.

Color_Table
ID  ColorDescription
1    Blue
2    Red
3    Yellow
4     Green
5     Orange

Dispaly Page.
1    Blue
2    Red
3    Yellow
4     Green
5     Orange
Once the following records are displayed on my page, I will provide an input box next to each record, where a user can re-arrange the colors.  Like making the color "Red" first record, and the color "Blue" the seond record.  Just like what Netflix or Blockbuster has.  You can prioritize which movie you want to recieve first.  Thank you.

There's a lot involved with doing it the way Netflix does, however you can do a javascript version using a <SELECT> tag pretty easily...  there are lots of examples on the web, here's one...
