I have just recently setup AD LDS on a server 2008.  I also have a new FTP7 server which I would like to be bale to allow AD users to authenticate to along with allowing a set of external users setup in AD LDS access to the FTP site also.

Have been searching around the internet without any luck, any help would be great.

IIS7 doesn't understand LDS security principals for authentication. AD or local Windows accounts only. Would be nice, but unfortunately not possible at present.
