Tracking a send as email original sender in Exchange 2007

We have a mailbox which have been granted send as permissions to users to act as an anonymous feedback mailbox. Is there a way to trace who was the actual user?

Not really.
You can audit mailbox access, but that is about it. It will fill up the logs with a lot of access though.
