BusinessObjects Webi XiR2 Reports Not Fully Loading

I have an issue where our webi reports are showing up with the red X instead of data, see attached screen shot. I have tried restarting the BOXI services on the reporting server.

I was able to get it working briefly, but after a few minutes the issue returns.

Reports can be run through deski without any issue, but most users do not have deski.

Any suggestions on what could be the issue?

From my perspective it looks like the report isn't fully loading the data.

The red x is generally an indication of a permissions issue.  Is the data pictures?

Check the WEBi user

I'm happy to give you the points and close the question because it is resolved however it just seemed to clear up by itself and no one knows why.

If a border around a cell is a picture than maybe but the problem seemed to clear up by itself.
