I have an issue where our webi reports are showing up with the red X instead of data, see attached screen shot. I have tried restarting the BOXI services on the reporting server. <br />

I was able to get it working briefly, but after a few minutes the issue returns. <br />
<br />
Reports can be run through deski without any issue, but most users do not have deski.<br />
<br />
Any suggestions on what could be the issue?<br />

A database report is the formatted result of database queries and contains useful data for decision-making and analysis. Most good business applications contain a built-in reporting tool; this is simply a front-end interface that calls or runs back-end database queries that are formatted for easy application usage.

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information. Report designers can place fields from these sources on the report design surface, and can also deploy them in custom formulas (using either BASIC or Crystal's own syntax), which are then placed on the design surface. Crystal Reports also supports subreports, graphing, and a limited amount of GIS functionality.
