I have an issue where our webi reports are showing up with the red X instead of data, see attached screen shot. I have tried restarting the BOXI services on the reporting server.
I was able to get it working briefly, but after a few minutes the issue returns.
Reports can be run through deski without any issue, but most users do not have deski.
Any suggestions on what could be the issue?
From my perspective it looks like the report isn't fully loading the data.
