How to configure meeting rooms to request approval from the administrator of the room

I have meeting rooms in Exchange 2007 SP1 that auto accept requests.  however I have 2 rooms that I need to change to send a mail to request approval for the booking.

What config do I change to the meeting room to allow me to do this?

sample Powershell command

Set-MailboxCalendarSettings -Identity "Training Room" -AutomateProcessing AutoAccept -ResourceDelegates "Isabelle Dupont" -AllBookInPolicy:$false -AllRequestInPolicy:$true

you can also do this using OWA ..these Mailboxes are disabled by default so you need to login using admin & access this mailbox using OWA
