How to configure meeting rooms to request approval from the administrator of the room

I have meeting rooms in Exchange 2007 SP1 that auto accept requests.  however I have 2 rooms that I need to change to send a mail to request approval for the booking.

What config do I change to the meeting room to allow me to do this?

you can also do this using OWA ..these Mailboxes are disabled by default so you need to login using admin & access this mailbox using OWA
