Hi,

I am one of the network administrators for our company and we have recently purchased and configured websense manager 7.0. We used to have surf control but have upgraded.

Most of the filtering and policies work fine, but we are having a problem allowing access to iTunes store.

We permit MP3 & Audio Download Services under the ENTERTAINMENT category, apply and save changes...but our users say they get error 206 - store is busy.

Can anyone help?

Hi,
Thanks for that link, having read the thread it doesn't really apply to an enterprise level support problem with websense, just a random guy at home with the same error, as much as the code is the same the reasoning is definitely not, and obviously we had already tried the industry standard fix, uninstall>reboot>reinstall>reboot etc with no luck. we have since found a fix, RELAX WEBSENSE filters! as no-one seems to know how to get it to work properly thanks again for the comment.
