Thanks for that link, having read the thread it doesn't really apply to an enterprise level support problem with websense, just a random guy at home with the same error, as much as the code is the same the reasoning is definitely not, and obviously we had already tried the industry standard fix, uninstall&gt;reboot&gt;reinstall<wbr />&gt;reboot etc with no luck. we have since found a fix, RELAX WEBSENSE filters! as no-one seems to know how to get it to work properly thanks again for the comment.
