ISA 2004 can not see SSL certificate

My SBS 2003 server was running fine without isa 2004. I was using a SSL certificate in IIS. I loaded ISA 2004 and the "Connect to the Internet" wizard ran. It loaded a cert that was not the commercial one I had bought. Now I could add the commercial cert back in to IIS and if I open the certificate console I can see it listed under the personal section. But ISA 2004 cannot see the commercial certificate. Any help much appreciated>

You need to follow this:

Wildcard and standard SSL certificates are set up in the same way on SBS 2003 and ISA 2004.
