The procedure for creating a new Send Connector is defined at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998814.aspx. Follow that procedure, setting the connector to be of type 'Internet' on the first page.

In the 'Network Settings' area, you would choose the option "Route all mail through the following smart hosts" and specify the Yahoo Bizmail SMTP server here, which appears to be smtp.bizmail.yahoo.com. The server requires authentication, so you must choose 'Basic Authentication' when prompted and enter your credentials.
