I have some conference room mailboxes that were created in exchange 2003, that I'd like changed over to the conference room mailbox type in exchange 2007.   I know this is possible to do in powershell, but do not know the code to do it off-hand.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

C:\>Set-Mailbox helpdesk -Type:Shared
