Resize ranges in C#

I am trying to resize ranges in c#. there is no resize method of the range object in c# as it was in vb.net. Can somebody suggest the efficent way to achieve this.

why dont you use a generic list List<T> in this you dont have to worry about resizing becasue you can just keep on adding T type to it by using the Add method

Well ragi0017, the ranges in the excel sheets have been predefined ( named ranges). I need to populate these ranges with a loop up table which may have not have the same no of records as the no of rows
in the named range. Thus I need to resize them.
