We Opened a TAR with oracle ,but didnt hear any thing back . Just curious if anyone encountered these kind of issues .

That combination is not supported.  ORacle MEtalink Note #169706.1 mention combination of 9.0, with Aix 4.3 64 bit.

Hope you have a good export.

Remove the oracle then install 9.2 and apply latest patchset 9.2.0.8.  Also check that Note so that you can be sure that all patches needed are installed.

Import to the new db.
