Problem with Outlook 2002 SMTP 465 SSL

I have a PC in my network that is running Windows XP SP3 and Outlook 2002.  This PC is unable to connect to our SMTP server over port 465 using SSL.  It connects fine over port 25 with no SSL however we are shutting down port 25.  I was able to configure Outlook Express to connect just fine as well.  What could cause this?  Because OE works I know it's not a firewall or AV problem.  And, it's a connection problem, the error states that it cannot connect to the smtp server.  I'm just stating that the error is a certificate for any type of SSL error.

That worked perfectly.  Apparently our WUS server was not automatically sending out update for Office 2K.  I'm pretty sure it updates all the later versions of office we have.  Thank you very much!
