Avaya Voicemail Pro Services Cuasing A 3640 ROuter's Process to Max out.

I have an Issue with My Voicemaill pro services specifically VMProDB Service, and Voicemail Pro Service Causing my 3640 router processor to hit 100% and stay there. As soon as i shut down these services on the Voicemail pro Server the router goes back to a normal 10 percent usage. The issue does Not happen all the time (about 2 to 3 times a month) and i cannot do anything to cause the issue that i know of.

I have tried Upgrading the Voicemail pro server to the latest 4.2 i believe. also making sure that the windows server has been updated as well. I also read about a lock up of these services and tried to move the Voicemail pro server onto the second Lan port on the IP office switch and that did not work either it happened a few days later.

Has anyone seen or heard of this issue? If you have could you please share the resolution that could help me please.

I am trying the upgrade to 4.2.27 now i am hopeful that this is the solution. i am not sure to mark this as the right answer. since it does not happen often. let me know what you think.
I would mark the answer right only when your problem is solved or when you define that the issue is unresolvable due to some other circumstance.
I normally dont answer questions much, just ask a bunch, so dont worry about being quick to accept an answer on my account :).
