I have a Visual Basic 2008 project that I've created using my local SQL database as the datasource.  I need to distribute this project to another department using the network SQL server's database as the datasource.  I need to know how/where I need to change config to get the project to point to this new location.

In the connection string, where you wrote change the DataSource name

"Data Source=SQLServerName;database=DBName;User Id=User Id;password =pwd;"

Okay, after I've done this now it says it can't find the table.  I created this project click and drag style.  Are there other things to consider with regards to data paths  in my bindingsource, tableadapter, dataset etc?

If it says it can't find the table, then you need to have a table of the name what you are using in you dataset/binding source in the network SQL Server.
