Sharepoint and Excel Validation List

I have an excel sheet that I would like to put into sharepoint.  This excel sheet consist of validaiton list that reference other worksheets and give a drop down on the main view.  I would like to have this same option once I get into sharepoint.

I have uploaded the EXCEL document.  I'm looking for a way to put this into sharepoint, as a link list, and have the same functionality.

You will not get the same functionality, but can get close.
First you need to create sharepoint list from the other worksheets that are referenced in the main one. Then create list based on the excel and use lookup columns to get data from the other lists.
You cannot get the lookup data from excel sheets - you need to convert them to list.
