Message not shoing in inbox outlook

I am seen a really weird behavior, I get emails from the outside and there are not showing in the inbox, when I use the message tracking center in the Exchange System Manager I can find the email and I can see that the message history states that was delivered to the SMTP store Driver of the user but it does not show in the inbox
I checked for rules in outlook and the user has none
there is a BES and sometimes the email will show up in the BB but not in the inbox of outlook

Hi, when an email arrives on the BB open the message and at the top of the email it will tell you which folder it is in.

Also if possible log into OWA and check to see if the email is visible.  If you can see the emails it means there is a corruption in the Outlook .ost file, in this event you can just close Outlook and rename the ost and when Outlook is opened again it will be recreated.
