Outlook Signature Disappear when launched through Citrix


We are having an issue with the outlook signature when access access outlook through citrix. It works if I do RDP to the server..
Each time user logs in to outlook through citrix they have to add their signature again. I tried the First Run Reg key tweak, but No luck.

We are running Citrix PS 4.5
Outlook with SP 3

Are you setup with roaming profiles, redirected profiles, or even local profiles with multiple servers?

By default Outlook stores the signature in %userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures - make sure your are either A) saving this location session to session (using roaming or redirected profiles) or if you have a single server make sure nothing is deleting the user's profile (scheduled delprof, or GPO that removes profiles)

Check GPOs as well as Check User Account settings for Roaming Profile setup to confirm.

We are having Roaming profiles. Signature is in place(i.e. in correct location), but what happens is its not picking up when we open outlook through citrix. We hve to set the signature each time we logged in to outlook. I think something is resetting the settings. This is not only the signature, even if we map a additional Mail Box, it also dissapear when we log in next time.
There is no delprof or GPO that removes profiles in the system.
What about any GPOs or Custom Office install/settings that causes the office settings to not retain?

I went through the GPO which applies to the citrix servers & there was only one setting, That is "Delete cached copies of roaming profiles" is set to Enabled.
