Hi,

I got a query from a user regarding outlook. She wants that while composing a new message, when she adds multiple recipients in the 'to' field from this department and that, when the email is sent, the names are sorted alphabetically. As usual, they have their own hundred reasons, as to why they want to do this.

Any ideas??
