emails between same domains blocked.

We have an emailer (on an outside website) from a domain, with the same domain name that we use in our offices.
Our firebox X700 firewall thinks they are spoofed and therefore blocks them.
We have added a service to the firewall to allow emails from the source ip address.
This does not help.
Is there something I am missing?

Can you post the sanitized logs from traffic monitor about the spoof message; if it is that the source and destination IP on the packet are same then nothing much can be done. If it is that all incoming messages from any specific address as they are coming in with same domain name then we can either add exception for domain name or create a filteredSMTP/packet SMTP service for those two specific public IPs.

Please provide details about the WG software you have, so I can give you exact steps.

Thank you.
