DateTime  date= Convert.ToDateTime(RadDateTimePicker3.DateInput.Text);
       but it give me error
how i did this

Try using the SelectedDate property...

DateTime  date= Convert.ToDateTime(RadDateTimePicker3.SelectedDate);
