How do i get client machine screen resolution using classic ASP only?
I dont need javascript code.

You can't get the screen resolution via ASP, its a server side code, you would need to use a client side scripting language such as Javascript.

But my problem is i cant get the javascript variable value in ASP code

Make the Javascript open an asp page with a querystring parameter of the value you want which the uses ASP scripting to put the value into a session variable, then redirects elsewhere.
