there is a 32kb limit on the rules attached to any exchange2003 mailbox

what has probably happened is that your user has created a number of client-side rules in the local profile, the size of which has exceeded this limit

you need to get them to delete some of the rules, or at least consolidate some of them into as few rules as possible.

this is by design

Dear Aabhigh,
can we increase the 32 kb limit of the rules ? if yes ? kindly help me guiding through steps to increase .
regards
no, you can't

it's a hard-coded limitation og Exchange 2003

to have a ruleset that exceeds the 32kb boundary you will need to upgrade to Exchange 2007
