I have a need for a solution for my users to change their AD and MS SQL password via a web browser.  Even better would be a product that can sync a users MS SQL password with their AD password, thus allowing a single change to replicate between servers.  The last feature that I am looking for is an automated e-mail that would prompt a user to change their password when is about to expire. Thanks in advance.

I am evaluating Quest Password Manager and InSync password synchronization service.  It looks like a good solution and the price is affordable. Thanks.
