We have a Treo 700w (Verizon) that when connected to a computer via USB, an error window pops up during sync:
"The server could not be reached. This can be caused by temporary network conditions.
Support Code: 80072eff"
This error message appears on the computer screen, not the phone. Most of the articles I am reading deal with this error on the phone.
We have reinstalled ActiveSync, but it did not solve the problem. Our sync profile is as follows:
Email & Tasks from Exchange (over the air), Calendar & Contacts only sync via USB.
The error pops up during the sync to Exchange portion. One article recommended enabling the "keep wireless connection active" checkbox, I did that but it made no difference.
