EXOLEDB Event 103

Hi All, Im having an issue with one of the users using ActiveSync, Sync calendar, task, contacts, but no email. I look in event viewer and I see this error "EXOLEDB event 103"
this is only with one user.
This user has a Blackberry and a iPhone, the iphone stop receiving emails. I redo the exchange setup and validate successful but, Still no email sync

Please Help!!!!

Now I had with only one user, the event 3033,  heartbeat delay. The others ActiveSync users are syncing fine. Isn't that weird?
