Currently we do not have complex password enabled. &nbsp;However, when we do enforce it, will this cause users that do not meet the complex requirment to change their password immediatley. Or does it go in to effect the next time they are require to change their password. &nbsp; My concern is if we enforce this policy our help desk will receive an increase in calls regarding password change for that day that we have them change it. &nbsp; &nbsp;<br />
