I'm looking for an  inexpensive but robust app to enhance the out-of-the-box Outlook ability to schedule conference rooms. Any suggestions? Using Exchange 2003. TY

You can do this through Outlook and Exchange. Exchange Server 2003 allows users to book  meetings and appointments with one another and automatically mark their  calendars for every meeting request they choose to accept. Therefore you can create calendars for "non-people" objects  like meeting rooms, which have a published free/busy schedule, just like people.  Users can "book" a particular resource whenever the resource is "free" as per  its calendar.

I'm looking for something nice and polished, which will allow for things like booking conference rooms, specifying what is needed for the meeting, etc., etc.
