I've installed Sql Server Enterprise  with Sp3 but none of the custom reports are visible. Am I missing something from the install?

As far as everything I have read or can find in some searches, the Custom Reports are just that, "Custom."   If you right click on a DB that you have permissions on and go to "Reports>Standard Reports>..." you will see the list of Standard Reports that come built in.  All the custom reports are reports that you create and load yourself.
