How do we get the Application name in asp.net?

Posted on 2009-04-09
Last Modified: 2012-08-14
Could anybody tell me how to get the current application name? Is there anyway we can set it in web.config and then retrieve it from there when needed? I need to insert this application name into a table "Errors" to know which application caused this error.
Please give me any ideas! Thank you!
