XP 64 bit machine and system 32 file

I am searching for a 64 bit file called "msvbvm50", I have such file on my XP 32 bit machine; however, I can't find 64 XP machine.  Does anyone know where I can find this 64 bit file by any chance or where to get 64 XP OS?

that's a 32 bit file which I already have, I need same file pulled from 64 XP.

It should be a 32-bit file.  64-bit systems call Microsoft Visual Basic Virtual Machine in 32-bit to run native 32-bit visual basic applications on 64-bit machines.

i have 64 bit hardware running 64 bit OS, I need this file in 64 bit as every time I attempt to register it via command prompt, it tells me it is not compatible as it is 32 bit.

Are you registering it with "REGSVR32 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVBVM50.DLL" ??

is there a 64 but dll 50 out there or a substite for it, can't find it?
