incredimail corruption

After reloading the OS winxp pro, I cannot get incredimail to load the old email data.
I have tried coping the entire incredible directory in programs &  under user name \local service.
I tried building the cab file it fails after 99%
with this error.

Are you trying to Reimport the old data, the way Incredimail wants you to? Or did you just drop the data back to where you believe it should go? Just copying the data to a  new install doesn't work.
The easiest way to do this, although it sounds like you may have corrupted current install so you may want to uninstall, delete profile (of course you have your original backed up, correctly and you are only using a copy of it, right?) reboot, reinstall, run incredimail, then go to File->Data & Settings Transfer->Transfer from old computer and point it at your old files.

If that doesn't work, use
File->Import->Messages and point it at your old files, then repeat for Contacts.
