Insight Manager for monitoring servers - general questions

I have an HP ML 150 G2 server.  There is a product call Insight Manager which I understand will monitor my sever.  My server just quits working intermittently.  No messages in the error log.
The HP server is a member server in a SBS 2003 domain.

1.) What is the cost of Insight manager?

2.) If the problem is heat related, how can Insight Manager tell me this?

3.) Where can I find documentation for this product?

HP Systems Insight Manager is available at no charge, it is management staion that will receive snmp traps WMI events and collect version infomation and if configures sent alerts.

Check the Integrated Management Log (IML) support is provided by the adapters for critical event logging on ProLiant servers.
