Insight Manager for monitoring servers - general questions

I have an HP ML 150 G2 server.  There is a product call Insight Manager which I understand will monitor my sever.  My server just quits working intermittently.  No messages in the error log.
The HP server is a member server in a SBS 2003 domain.

1.) What is the cost of Insight manager?

2.) If the problem is heat related, how can Insight Manager tell me this?

3.) Where can I find documentation for this product?
