Drivers needed fot HDTV Tuner

Hi,

i have a tv tuner card in my computer that i dont have drivers for.

I the box says it is a hdtv 1080i  Hybrid Tv Tuner PCI Card from Excel.

The chips i can read on the card are:
 1. a Phillips saa713e/03/g cg0615 sd177 ttg06242
 2. a Phillips tda10046a sc8574.1 zsg 06101

I am running vista 64 bit and am in need of drivers for it, yet i cannot find them.

Can anyone help?
