I'm not sure what you mean? Are you asking how to build something like eBay?

i want to implement the little concept. i do not have little knowledge about this, so please tell me some documentation or some code so that  could know how the bid takes place and what programming is done behind this?

Well, normally you start with having different users registered. Then you need a database table containing objects to bid on (and probably some time or other criteria for expiration). Then you have a table containing the actual bids on the objects from each user. At that point, you create an interface for users to create accounts, log in, see objects that they can bid on, and then place the bid.

Once all that structure is in place, you would create the code that processes finished auctions (send out email, requesting payment, etc). From that point on, it's up to you.
