How can I make sure that a driver is removed completely.   When I only remove the device from device manager,  the driver is not uninstalled.  How can I make sure that verything is removed completely so have a correct retest of the driver installation.

Set a restore point beforehand and use Windows system restore utility.
Alternatively a third party utility such as Horizon's Rollback: http://www.horizondatasys.com/169614.ihtml
