When I try to navigete to dell.com a page appears with blue banner that say welcome IIS7 internet information services. I want to see where the web page is coming from. The address bar still says I am at www.dell.com. What tools do I need?

When you access www.dell.com, do you see any form of redirect, or does the IIS 7 page open up immediately?

My first suspicion is that this is some sort of DNS issue, and some DNS checks of www.dell.com would be appropriate:

Start > Run > cmd > OK.
nslookup
www.dell.com

What result do you see?

Also, as a second check, what records do you have listed in your HOSTS file (C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts - open in Notepad).

Matt-I was seeing the default web page from a fresh install of MS Server 2008. I was not being redirected. I was trying to access the US site from Germany and I think Dell was building a new server and I happened to hit it.
 Thanks
