How to modify registry key under user SID with vbscript (Vista)?

Need help with a script to enable hidden file extensions in Vista locally under clients user SID's. HKEY_USERS\SID\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced\HideFileExt
Value must be changed from 1 to 0 to enable this feature. The show hidden files option has been removed from our locked down version of Vista.

you can use the "reg load" command to load the hive then access i where you load it.

For full details on reg.exe, you can type "reg load /?" at the command line
