rtvscan.exe - Application error On Outlook

Hi All,
I have Outlook 07 and SAV 11 installed on my machine and i resently started getting the rtvscan.exe - Application error and outlook freezes every time i try to open an email.  
Does anybody here hae this issue before and how you were able to fix it?

Uninstall Norton Internet security suite, and re-install it
You might want to get the removal tool from symantec to completely remove it.
