SBS 2003 server can't login locally

I need to login to a SBS 2003 server locally to install a software. If I click the drop down for the domain, it only shows the Domain and not the local domain. It is blank!
How can I restore the local access and by pass the domain login just this once.

The is no local login on a domain controller.
