No Password for Cisco 2950 switch ?????????

I need to configure a cisco switch but the former tech took password with him or can't find it.  I'm no switch or router expert but given good ideas and few tips I can put this switch back to work.  Any help is appreciated.

thanks.

Here is the procedure to reset the password.  You will not lose the configuration.
