How to disable HTTP Authentication for a folder

I have a folder that requires HTTP Authentication.  I'm using apache and am doing this through the .htaccess file and a password file.

I have a subfolder that I would like to NOT require them to be authenticated.

Is this possible?

For the directory you want with no authentication ONLY, try this:

Leave out all Auth*** settings, and use these:

Satisfy Any
AllowOverride All
