Quickbooks 2009 on Windows Server 2000

I know the box says Quickbooks 2009 does not support Windows Server 2000, but we were wondering if anyone knew of any workarounds. Our customer is struggling and does not have the money to upgrade servers at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The QuickBooks 2009 server engine runs on an XP or Vista PC. If you cannot make it run on Windows 2000 Server (and I think that is true), then consider an inexpensive used PC and mount the server manager and ledger on it. That might work for you.
