Is it possible to make the icons larger on the welcome screen in Windows Vista. Our monitor is big, the icons are little. It's all good on the desktops, so I don't want to change them, just the welcome screen.

I have found that adding a password to your account dramatically increases the size of the logon picture. Other than that I haven't found any other way to do it.

Hope that helps
