Outlook 2007

I use Windows XP Prof and Outlook 2007.  While I can connect from my desktop to the internet but when I try to load Outlook, it fails to load.  I tried a couple of times, even rebooted and tried, but it still not load, it does nothing. And it gives no error messages or anything.  Can someone suggest some trouble shooting steps.
Thank you.

Go to the Task Manager (CTRL+SHIFT+ESC), and under the processes tab, how many outlook.exe's do you see running?

Also, in start>run>eventvwr.msc, look in teh log files to see if you can find any errors relating to O2k7.....

Under ctrl Shift ESC I see only instance of outlook running.
On your second suggestions, I see a few errors.  I am attaching the error log as a file, and hope you can advise what is going wrong and how to fix it.  Thanks.
