Aquiring a wireless connection w/ ADMtek 8211 wireless card

I have successfully installed this wireless card on my Win2k system, but now I need to configure it to acquire my network.

LinkSys and D-Link software requires a proprietary card.  Is there any generic software that will enable me to hook into my wireless router?

If you have successfully installed wireless card in your win-2k pc it should automatically detect wireless router in near range, Select your wireless router/access point from your win-2k pc and depends on wireless router security settings put appropriate security key,
It will auto connect to your wireless router..If your network nebourhood not showing any wireless link/connection, then check your card link, its glowing or not...

The card is active in device manager, the link is NOT glowing.  Only one of the two lights is glowing b/c it is trying to connect unsuccessfully.   There is NO place to enter the security key under Win2k.

LinkSys and DLink software provide that capability, but not for this ADMtek card.
