Hello,

I have a database with a table that contains all of canada and usa's zip codes with the corresponding city and state.

I have a field called 'zip' and I want it to pull the city state from the database when the visitor clicks out of the field.

Just like this is doing:

I have that code obviously but I need it to work in php.

Any help would be great.

Matt
