How to Draw graph using  MS CHART VB 6

I am doing a program in VB.
my data is for every month is ,

Name :  Name1 , Name1
value :  152          100
month :  Apr        may ........................
i have to show a graph of performance of person for each month. I need a bar chart.

How to load into MSCHART in Vb 6
