Used products --- 1) Exchange 2007 SP1 64 bit 2) Outlook Web Access 2007
While searching for e-mails in outlook web access 2007, the search result displays "no item found" though there exists items in INBOX.
Some times it shows that "Search time may take a long time to appear...because Microsoft exchange search is unavailable (please see the attached picture).
I have tried restarting the 1) Microsoft Search (Exchange) 2) Microsoft Exchange Search Indexer services but didn't work. After restarting the services I have verified the event viewer to ensure the proper starting of above tow services and exchange search indexer enabled on all mail box databases.
