Beep sound while turn on / booting laptop

When I turn on my laptop (Acer Aspire 4710, 2GB, Vista Home Premium), I heard beep sound coming so many time and after that I got "Windows Boot Manager" (See attached image). Also you can see the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G-lZ6qkVfWg

I tried the "Windows Memory Diagnostic" as shown in the Windows Boot Manager and nothing error with Memory.

I can boot and log on to Vista.

And for my surprise I can't use the "Del' key of the keyboard of my laptop. Maybe the problem is with the keyboard (searched through Google)? I also can't double tap the mouse pad to take an action of the mouse. And sometime, when I clicked a file, it take me to confirm "you want to delete the file/send to recycle bin?" :(

How to fix it?

I've tried removing the battery (using the laptop without battery) and just same :(

Just checking the keyboard especially that closed to the "Del" key and none are stucked..
check the bios settings and confirm that the first boot device should be hdd
I just booted to Safe Mode then restart PC then turn of and turn it back to on and everything back to normal again!!! :D

Hm, I gonna leave my laptop until tonight (it's 15.00 pm here) and see what'll happend..

Thanks BTW.

Sent my lappie to my friend. The 'beep' back again this morning and all the keyboard error. Hope he can fix the error..

Hm, maybe because of the wheater where I live is cold so the key frozen?

Ok, the laptop is back. The 'beep' sound is gone but the "Windows Boot Manager" still appear and also the:

My friend said the problem is with the keyboard.

The warranty of this lappie is over :head:

Re-Install? WTH!!! Please, I don't wanna do this. Huge of updates must be downloaded again. Hmm... maybe restoring a backup!? But not now :(

Just checking Windows Update and just for Net Framework the important update. Maybe by updating the Touchpad Synaptic driver? What about the 'Del' key then?
try live cd of linux and look in that ur able to use del key or not also the touchpad
I can clearly see that something like coffee powder arround the Del key. And if I touch it using a hard paper, it's cohering. Maybe by accidentally I drop something that makes the Del key not work.

Maybe it's time to dismantle my laptop and clean everything (service the laptop).

Thanks, I'll try the live CD.
clean dust from gapes of keys using pointed stickes like tooth pick or use blower or hair dryer to blow of dust
I think it's totally keyboard failure. I dismantled the keyboard, pull out the Del key and other key near, clean the keyboard using alcohol but still no luck. If I use a USB keyboard, my laptop works as normal.

My fault :( (I think). I put the electricity anti mosquito near the laptop (especially the Del key) non stop. Maybe the sircuit of the keyboard broken.

I'll take the keyboard (laptop) to the city where I bought it and let them (the store) to check it. Maybe on May 2th1 I'll take the keyboard to the store.

While waiting, I wonder how much is the price for the new keyboard for my laptop? My laptop is Acer Aspire 4710.

You're right. The keypad stucked. Thanks for the answer :)
