When I invoke my Crystal Report from my  ASP .Net (visual Studio 2005 with C#) Application it always prompt me from the password for the SQL Server (2005) . What do I need to do to avoid this.

In Crystal report reset the database connection with USE INTEGRATED SECURITY as "checked". I believe Your SQL Server must be using integrated solution.

I have encountered this problem many times and it solves the problem. Better use OLEDB connection type in report.
